Chaperones

The Polson Ski Club functions exclusively with adult volunteers. Doug Crosby, Paul Bishop, and Matt Bishop represent the adult volunteer leadership this year. If you have questions, please contact Doug at 260-5301, Paul at 885-4443, or Matt at 212-6510.

Each week we require 2 chaperones on each bus and sometimes require extra help. If you would be able to help on occasion, please add your name to the chaperone list. Call Matt at 212-6510. Polson has great kids and you are almost certain to have a very enjoyable day with them.

In the event of an accident involving injury to one of our members, a designated chaperone will be contacted directly by cell phone by the Whitefish Mountain Resort Ski Patrol. If necessary, the member will be immediately transported to a care facility under the direction of the Ski Patrol and/or medical staff at the Big Mountain Clinic. In the event a member must be transported for medical care, the parents or guardians assume responsibility for their child at the point of injury. Chaperones will assist in contacting parents or guardians as quickly as possible. Please include all phone numbers and insurance information on the medical consent form.
