The Polson Afterschool Program is a 21st Century Community Learning Centers funded program, free of charge to families. Monday through Thursday, the Polson Afterschool Program, housed at the Linderman Elementary School, offers a variety of enrichment activities, such as; arts and crafts, sports, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and many more.  Monthly field trips, to various locations, such as; Mission Valley Aquatics, Head Over Heels Gym, The Lake County Public Library, and Little Pick'ins Pumpkin Patch are offered to program attendees. Each day, every student is required to participate in homework time, where they will spend 45 minutes working on school work, or reading. Academic assistance or one-on-one tutoring is available.  The Polson Afterschool Program offers a snack and dinner each day.  Students grades kindergarten through eighth are encouraged to attend.
