Polson Middle School Wrestling sign-ups are now available at the main office. Grades 5th - 8th can participate. Forms needs to be returned to the office by Thursday, March 4th. First practice is Monday, March 8th.
No cost to join, but you must have a completed physical. Practices will be held in the High School Wrestling Room from 3:45 go 5:00 p.m.
Workout Gear: Wrestling shoes, tee-shirt, and shorts or sweatpants.
Masks will be required by athletes before and after practice and by spectators attending competitions.
