EARN A BONUS IF YOU ARE A SUBSTITUTE PERSONNEL OR A STAFF MEMBER WHO REFERRED THE SUBSTITUTE PERSONNEL
The District has a shortage of substitute personnel. Accordingly, we implemented a substitute personnel bonus program that gives bonuses to subs and to District employees who refer them.
Here's how it works:
(1) substitutes who work 10 days as a substitute for the District will receive a $100 bonus, 20 days a $200 bonus, and 30 days a $300 bonus; and
(2) District employees who refer the substitutes who work at least 10 days will receive a $50 finder's fee.
