Family and Consumer Sciences curriculum to expand during coming school year.

Instructor Stephanie Anderson

FCS Instructor Ms. Stephanie Anderson

The Family and Consumer Sciences program at PHS started up again this past year (2018-19) with a limited number of offerings.  It had been absent from Polson High School for about 10 years.  For the 2019-2020 school year offerings will be increased. Over the summer, the kitchens in the old FCS classroom will be restored allowing for a broadening of the FCS curriculum offerings.  The instructor will be Stephanie Anderson.

These are the classes that will be offered during the coming school year.  According to Ms. Anderson, “This is the information right out of the Pirate Planner, but it gives the community an idea of where the program is headed as we rebuild it.”
